Newcomer and adorable young actress Mackenzie Foy has been cast as Renesmee Cullen, the half-human, half-vampire child of Bella Swan and Edward Cullen. The casting announcement was confirmed by Twilight author herself, Stephenie Meyer.
Other cast members have also recently been announced for the last installment of the Twilight saga. Specifically, the family of "vegetarian" vampires, The Denali Coven, was named: Maggie Grace as Irina, MyAnna Buring as Tanya the Denali clan leader, Mia Maestro as Carmen, Christian Camargo as Eleazar, and Casey LaBow as Kate.
Breaking Dawn: Part 1 opens in theaters November 18, 2011, and Part 2 opens November 16, 2012.
